Assure applying Health and Safety processes.
Supervise the SOC team (8 employees) shift basis work schedules to ensure convenient work force around the clock.
Prepare analytical reports requested by the Health and Safety Manager and the Security Manager to take the proper decision related issues.
Ensure that calls received from sites are answered and handled in timely manner by the team.
Receive collected information from monitoring and access control system and prepare analytical reports upon it.
Prepare guards salaries sheet.
Train new employees at the SOC team on the tasks required and evaluating the performance.
Collect the sites database from all parties to be updated in a comprehensive database.
Ensure that all incidents at all sites are recorded accurately in the SOC database for reference purposes.
Supervise the SOC team to solve the problems received from the sites’ guards in immediate manner in coordination with the concerned teams.
Generate daily, biweekly and monthly reports.
Apply the activation plan of guards to raise their performance.
