I have successfully planned, designed, developed, and implemented the Self Consolidating / Compacting Cement Concrete Mix Designs (SCC) by ACI 237R, normal weight & heavy weight Cement Concrete (CC) Mix Designs by ACI R211.1 of high performance, better and more reliable quality, dense and uniform surface texture, improved durability (125 Years Design life), high strength, and faster construction.
Successfully created, designed, developed, and implemented Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Mix Designs (JMF) of BWC, BBC, Binder, Leveling & Surfaces Course by MS-2, AASHTO M 323 and ASTM D3515 either by SUPERPAVE or Marshall Method for high performance, better, sustainable quality, dense & uniform surface texture, improved durability & faster construction.
Act as key coordination point during ISO internal and external audits; perform internal and operation audits of various coded jobs.
Coordinates with engineering teams and site contractors to ensure the efficient execution of design and performed site inspections during construction to ensure that work has been completed according to plans, procedures, Technical Specifications and detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.

I successfully performed thorough review and approval for over several hundred Material Approval Requests (MARs) encompassing Architectural, Urban Design, Interior and Exterior Finishing, Landscaping, Civil, Building Structural, Sanitary Fixtures, and Acoustical materials. I also provided comments on CRSs after reviewing and returning them to the Contractors.
Accomplished, delivered the successful Review and Approval of (several hundred workflows) Technical Design Specifications (CSI MasterFormat & AIA MasterSpec) for Architectural, Exterior and Interior Finishing, Acoustical Materials, Landscaping, Urban Design, Civil, Building Structural, and Sanitary Fixture’s added comments on (Comment Resolution Sheets - CRSs) after review & return to the Contractor for implementation.
