• Implementing M&E plans and contributing with drafts, data collection and analysis. Working with the Project director to design and implement M&E design and implementation.
• Planning and implementing field assessments and relevant criteria including finalizing M&E Plan, designing data collection tools for baseline and ongoing monitoring - overseeing data collection
• Providing M&E Support to Aitebaar to meet their requirements over the life of the project from inception to final evaluation
• Contributing to participant’s registration, training confirmation. Certificates, digital photos and attendance sheets.
• Assisting in compiling and collating documentation for each training session including attendance records and any review process, curriculum and collection and compilation of daily notes and outputs
• Conducting ongoing M&E Check-ins to surface M&E needs, monitoring practices and providing guidance and support as needed
• Contributing to reporting including monthly reports
• Drafting, revising and overseeing the final M&E report including lessons learned component.
• Ensuring the effective and flexible coordination as well as management Program Department.
• Supervising and monitoring progress of Program Department.
• Providing support required to develop and enhance the capacity/capability of the Program Department.
• Reporting CEO the progress of activities against an agreed work/action plan that has been developed to strengthen the Program Department.
• Ensuring the activities of the work plan meet the needs of the RIPORT within the parameters defined.
• Designing and preparation of Research Plan.
• Coordinating in preparation of training material, tools and methodologies for research work.
