I lead a team of 6 member advisers who works in sales, monitoring,
training andcoaching. I have daily monitoring of sales figures and take care of
everything from the training of receptionists, to set the marketing plan and

Ikea store in Karlstad. I got to be in the process where
the department store had to be built from the base
until it we premiered. I then got to work in customer
