Perform troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of transmitters, gauges, valves,
actuators, and gas detectors as per supervisor or engineer instructions.
▪ Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on wellhead and process unit instruments.
▪ Troubleshoot and maintain of Master Choke Valves, ensuring proper operation and flow
control
▪ Inspect and test hydraulic and pneumatic systems related to wellhead control.
▪ Inspect, troubleshoot, and test Wellhead Control Panels (WHCPs), including SCSSV, SSV,
and ESDV.
▪ Conduct gas detection and monitoring in hazardous areas when necessary.
▪ Following Qatar Energys work permit system to ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and in compliance with company regulations.

Worked in Annually shutdown at (QAFCO 5) Qatar Fertilizer plant as a instrument technician
▪ Perform calibration, testing, and verification of field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow,
and level transmitters
▪ Replace faulty components and ensure proper wiring and connections
▪ Conduct visual inspections, clean instruments, and perform preventive maintenance tasks
▪ Perform loop checks to validate signals between field instruments and control systems (DCS or PLC).
▪ Conduct function tests to ensure proper response of instruments and final control elements like valves
and actuators.

Worked in major shutdown as an instrument technician At ADNOC Sour Gas Shah Plant
▪ Perform calibration, testing, and verification of field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow,
and level transmitters
▪ Diagnose malfunctioning instruments and sensors using testing equipment
▪ Replace faulty components and ensure proper wiring and connections
▪ Conduct visual inspections, clean instruments, and perform preventive maintenance tasks
▪ Perform loop checks to validate signals between field instruments and control systems (DCS or PLC).
▪ Support commissioning and start-up activities post-maintenance.

Worked in Annually Shutdown at Ruwais Fertilizer Industries (FERTIL) (ADNOC Group UAE) as an instruments technician through Descon engineering company from 7th October 2022 to 20th November 2022
