Responsibilities :
•The responsible and the onshore co-ordinator of well-drilling activities (drilling, completion, workover, and testing) carried out onshore on drilling and workover equipment. :
•Co-ordinated programming and preparation of planned drilling and completion operations, and follow-up of implementation in accordance with well-drilling work regulations by participating in daily follow-up.
•Ensured daily reporting of operations to senior management, and contacts (interface) with other technical departments taking part in various phases of activities
•Preparedannual budgets for well-drilling work and departmental functions.
•Initiatedcontract applications covering drilling and completion activities (equipment and services).
•Participatedjointly with the Contracts Department in finalization of the above contracts, following the development of contracts, and proposing revisions in terms of planned activities.
•Co-ordinated the issue of procurement requests for purchase of well-drilling and completion equipment, including evaluation of technical offers and choice of equipment needed for operations.
•Participatedin the evolution of various phases of development projects relative to well-drilling work, choice of drilling architecture, and drilling and completion equipment.
•Co-ordinatedfollow-up of costs and checking invoicing relative to performance and equipment used during operations.

Completed final well reports with emphasis on ensuring high levels of data quality is reported and that lessons learned are captured in after action reviews and dedicated software.
