Responsibilities :
•The responsible and the onshore co-ordinator of well-drilling activities (drilling, completion, workover, and testing) carried out onshore on drilling and workover equipment. :
•Co-ordinated programming and preparation of planned drilling and completion operations, and follow-up of implementation in accordance with well-drilling work regulations by participating in daily follow-up.
•Ensured daily reporting of operations to senior management, and contacts (interface) with other technical departments taking part in various phases of activities
•Preparedannual budgets for well-drilling work and departmental functions.

Responsibilities: Identified all drilling risks and ensured accompanying risk register for every well operations is included in drilling program . Ensured all other HSE requirements and lifting colour codes are highlighted in drilling and workoverprogrammes. Prepared exemption dossier when required and ensured risk analysis is performed for all non-routine operations. Ensured that company safety standard is maintained in all worksites Well preparated in close corporation with RGS (WSOR) with clear definition of the objectives of the planned well covering trajectories, casing design, specific drilling challenges and associated cost estimates, reduced well complexity, performed torque and drag studies, hydraulics studies, anti-collision screening. Wells Trajectory design and optimization to reduce or eliminate collision risk. Prepared well programs, organized DWOP with onshore team and pre-spud meeting with rig site teams . Prepared planning schedules, and required progress time curve for well, followed daily progress and provide detailed programs for non-routine activities liaising with Drilling Superintendent. Regular presentation of design decisions and progress to hierarchy, partners and regulators. Ensured drilling performance and daily cost is accurately captured in daily drilling reports and dedicated reporting software. Performed follow up and optimization: developed strategies, and engaged with contractors, base and rig site team. Provided engineering support/advise to the rig on program implementation. Regular rig visits: safety meetings / campaigns / audits, quality reviews and operations follow up. Completed final well reports with emphasis on ensuring high levels of data quality is reported and that lessons learned are captured in after action reviews and dedicated software. Participated in technical studies to improve drilling operations. Participated in Call for Tender for drilling service contracts. Provided drilling engineering input for the initial screening of opportunities to improve recovery and increased rate In the selected phase, worked in an integrated team to mature workovers, re-drills and infill wells. This includes drilling or workover feasibility evaluations, equipment availability, advised technology solutions, initial cost estimate of the selected option(s). Acted as Lead drilling engineering New wells on occasion. Led important engineering studies to optimize drilling operation. Mentored other young drilling engineers.
