HR Administrator
• Recruitment
- Screening CV.
- Shortlisting Candidates.
- Doing online interviews.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating with the new joiners for the required documents.
- Performing reference checks, to check about the new hired candidates’ records.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Follow up with the Public Relation Department for new joiner’s visa.
- Coordinating with the insurance company to complete the insurance process for the new hired candidates.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Informing job applicants about job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Register with different universities for career fair.
- Singing contracts with recruitment agencies.
Administration
Preparing Shopping card and GRN in SAP.
- Working in different projects related to HR.
- Activate / deactivate all office employees telephonic code.
- Monitoring and reporting all telephonic code provided to employees.
- Updating annual leave plan for HR department.
- Send monthly emails birthday wishes, and Annual leave updates then update the HR director.
- Register Emirati Employees in GPSSA (General Pension and Social Security Authority).
Employee Relations
- Preparing appreciation certificates (Employee of the Month).
- Preparing or updating employment records related to promoting and terminating.
- Updating disciplinary actions in SAP system.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
- Attending investigations.
- Auditing employee files.
- Prepare for any HR related events and activities like Blood Donation, National Day, and Flag Day.
Call center and Reception (Customer Service).
- Receive, screen and forward the calls.
- Receive guest and inform respective people.
- Receive orders from customers through emails and calls, and forwarding it to the concern sales team.
- Receive complaints from customers and suppliers regarding products and services.
- Coordinate for the in and out courier services.
- General email conversations.
- Coordinating for meeting room bookings and schedules.
- Updating Telephone file with all employee’s name, position, extension, and mobile number.
Organizational Capabilities
- Monitoring the probation of all new joiners.
- Send regular email related to probation.
- Follow up with the respective managers to submit the probation review form before probation end date.
- Take the necessary action related to employee confirmation / termination.
- Prepare confirmation letters.
