Working to sell services that are offered at the hotel, maintain the current customers and aquire more. Have sales visits, tele-sales, entertainments and communication.
My main duties were, is to provide a good telephone communication service while dealing with customers, passengers, and to have the ability to handle each and every person. to have a good knowledge regarding bookings and their different classes and the special rule for each, also knowledge about visa applications,
issue tickets, and being in charge of the whole payment procedure .
The job o f guest relation was about dealing with different types of people/guests.... helping and welcoming them from the moment they are in till they check out and resolving their problems.
Enter patients data, organize documents, answer phones, arrange appointments, make schedules.
Reserve and book tickets throw the phone. Follow up with passengers claims.
I have got a scholarship to Spain/Granada.. for an intensive language course.
