1. Managing the recruitment process from the point of Recruitment request was raised through Hiring Manager, internal and external job postings until the final candidate selection, Salary and package proposal and negotiations with the candidate. 
2. Interview, shortlist candidate depending on the Job profile and position competencies.
3. Inform potential candidates about facilities, operations, benefits. 
4. Helping the new employees by guide them to joining our organization and provide them all the information they will need and conducting Orientation, induction training..etc. and introduce them to Head office employees.

5. Prepare the annual plan for recruitment including the manpower plan, Recruitment Websites and Job fairs.

6. Handling & Organizing all job fairs.

7. Handling all Recruitment Process including Recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting employees to fill vacant senior Posts, Middle Management & Top Management.

8. Participating with the training Manager in many activities such as:

- SNBT (Seoudi Next Big Thing) a graduate trainee program - SCube (Seoudi Sales Superstar) Sales Development Program
-Managers Assessment Center (The Employees who are going to be promoted to Managers).

Job Description:

1. Ensure the HR function is equipped with the Policies / systems / procedures / infrastructure necessary to deliver current and future objectives.
2. Propose and gain agreement to annual budgets, ensuring effective control spending & implementation, so company’s goals & objectives for that plan are met.
3. Developing and maintain the most appropriate organization structure job design and performance management processes to deliver its ongoing business plans.
4. Define and implement organizational resources / policies / programs / systems / and structure for HR to insure departmental objectives can be delivered.
5. Recruit, motivate, and develop the operational functional team, building a positive work environment to achieve departmental goals.
6. Ensure the personnel section will handle the employees’ issues from legal point and make sure all the country law and procedures are implementing rightly and smoothly.
7. Processing of monthly payroll Operations & payroll:Monthly closing : - Monitor, administers staff attendance and leaves balances according to company policy and Labor Law.
- Maintaining leaves and overtime reports
-Interpreting polices in relation to overtime, leaves and payroll calculations to staff.
- Ensure all system payroll sheets & manual sheets match - Ensure payroll adjustments are accurately calculated- Ensure related payroll sheets are sent at the previously fixed time for approvals- Supervise on tax & insurance issues & updates- Ensure all expenses spent are accurately allocated
- Ensure Money transfers of related payroll are sent at the previously agreed upon dates.

8. Maintain a compensation policy and framework that enable (company name) to recruit and retain the right caliber of employees by sharing in local and international company salary survey in coordination with corporate HR.
9. Responsible for applying, following and developing the individual training plans to insure enhancement and development of employee performance.
10. Maintain Job documentation, and job evaluation systems using HAY system.
11. Responsible for all legal and formal issues of Labor office, social insurance and income tax.
