• Manage the Executive Manager’s Office Petty Cash Fund:
Monitoring Expenditure, Processing Expenses Claims and Reviewing all Purchasing Requests to Ensure Audit Procedures are followed.
- Report to the IT Manager.
- Write reports, circulars and job descriptions of different positions of the department employees.
- Schedule Director’s weekly committee meetings.
- Bilingual Translation (Techniques, Translation types and computer assisted translation) and proper Communication skills and Personality Development.
- Manage incoming and outgoing department emails and do transaction follow ups and registration.
- Develop department policies and its implementation, plans and programs.
- Formulate project management list and ensure appropriate implementation and monitor development.
- Up to date and competent in making statistic reports to be submitted to the Ministry of Health. Submits quarterly statistic reports both manually and computer extracted data using the eSiHi system.
- Get the Key Performance Indicator both manually and computer extracted data using the eSiHi system.
- Organize Memo and information dissemination for hospital wide distribution.
- Formulate IT department safety plan.
