Supervising the logistics of the public and customized training courses (venue, material, catering, equipment, etc.).
•Updating the annual training plan to ensure the accuracy of the process. .
•Reviewing the scheduled annual plan on LOGIC website including uploading of new programs details while ensuring it incorporates the most recent updates.
•Allocating potential trainers as per agreed standards in alliance with the R&D department to ensure pre-course logistics are done efficiently and effectively.
•Preparing quarter and monthly analysis and presenting it in the company meeting to assist top management in taking the decisions.
•Following up the issuance of invoices, collection process to ensure collection of payments from our clients.
•Following up IMC documents, preparing IMC reports and submitting to the finance department to ensure money collection.
•Responding to any inquiries from clients and trainers regarding the public courses.
•Preparing course materials and ensuring that all training equipments needed are available.
•Communicating with the participants to ensure their satisfaction about the course.
•Launching monthly training post course reports to clients which evaluates and measures the participants’ satisfaction about the course and the trainer's satisfaction about the participants.
• Working as a Telesales, to market for the public programs and attracting anew potential clients.
