- Working all our recruitment trips on ERP System (Enterprise Resource Planning).
- Selecting Qualified Candidates.
- Coordinating with the clients and the candidates the suitable interviews appointments and schedules.
- Handling the interviews for the Clients.
- Calling the Candidates who accepted in the interviews to start the visa processing with them.
- Asking the candidates to submit the required documents to travel to the Gulf Countries.
- Handling the visa procedures for the candidates.
- Handling the visa procedures with our Head Office Colleagues with different nationalizes.
- Handling the financial accounts for the company with all the clients and the invoices with the clients and Our Head Office accountants.

- Supervising candidates for their IGCSE/GCE Exams.
- Making sure that the Exam papers are secured of Opening Before the exams and collected after the exam as per the system followed.
- Give instructions as per the system followed candidates at the beginning and end of an examination.
Calling the Business Owners in the United States to sell them Verizon Yellow Pages Advertisement to get
them Business clients.
Passing the Gatekeepers & make sure that I'm talking to the owner who can makes financial decision
regarding the advertising for the business.
Update the Business Profile for them & explain to him the benefits of having Verizon Yellow Pages Ads.
Finally Transfer him to one of the managers to sign him up with the company.
