Operational Planning
• Support the efficient delivery of Legal services to the internal stakeholders, by ensuring timely closure of tickets (on Jira, OMS etc.) and completion of other legal request assignments
• Assist the division manager/department director in time management, maintenance of daily schedules, and meetings.
Coordination & Follow-up
• Coordinate and follow up the organization of meetings/events and facilitate delegation hosting and logistics in collaboration with the concerned parties.
• Review payment/disbursement requests and process them for the division/department, as needed.
• Administer and monitor, technically and functionally, the required databases and systems of the department/division, as needed.
Administrative Support
• Coordinate the arrangement of travel and logistical requirements for missions and events, and their settlements.
• Prepare contracts and draft terms of references for consultants under technical guidance of professional members of the division / department.
• Prepare correspondence on routine and outstanding issues.
Reporting & Communication
• Respond to enquiries, coordinate their resolution, and advise on relevant policies and procedures and their implementation.
• Collect and compile data from required parties, and prepare and present progress and management information reports to the seniors.
- Composing and screening confidential correspondences,
- Preparing detailed power point presentations,
- Taking dictations wherever needed, maintaining and updating all necessary records, files and database. .
- Arranging visitors schedule & potentially acting as interpreter;
- Making and receiving telephone calls/faxes & distribution,
- Organizing meetings,
- To handle all administrative activities of executive director/general Manager
-To handle correspondences, communications, applications, weekly schedules, coordinate complex travel and hotel arrangement
- To handle all offices requirements

My Job Responsibilities were entering the tickets in the system, confirmation, cancellation and reservation the ticket according to date.
While Secretarial job I was responsible to type letters (Arabic & English) for the General Manager. Correspondences with the branches. Filing the documents in their proper location
