Arranging & appointing Vendors for different works after thorough negotiation.
Briefing all the updates to the senior management via meetings & presentations.

Dorsch Qatar is a project management consultancy having global presence with corporate office being in Abu Dhabi & Head office in Germany.Currently Dorsch has been engaged as the Supervision Consultant for a $45 Billion Lusail city (Qatar) which is being constructed for the upcoming FIFA world cup in 2022.

My Job Responsibilities are:-

Reviewing and commenting the technical system engineering documentation produced by the contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc.)
Ensuring the implementation of the established procedures and good engineering practice.
A key participant in ensuring the project's interface management system operates effectively and efficiently.
Liaison with project interface manager in this area.
Follow up on the contractor’s interface log and liaise with leads to ensure management and close out of all internal interfaces.
Support integration activities among the packages.
Participated in review of technical specifications, reports, procedures and drawings to identify interface issues and monitor through their resolution.
Liaison with senior engineers to identify and work through the identified interfaces.
Participated in Contractors project meetings and interface meetings where appropriate, to identify interface issues and monitor through their resolution.
Assist other engineers on the team, as required.
Worked closely with the Interface Manager to ensure that all external interfaces are considered, properly managed and closed in a timely manner.
Conducted Site inspections on a daily basis.
Reviewed Shop drawings & As built drawings for approval.
Reviewed RFI submitted by the contractor.

I was appointed as a Site Manger for the Upcoming Residential Towers Consisting of G+31 Storied towers with a provision of Helipad on the terrace. A first in the region.

My job responsibilities were:

Enforced conformance of construction activities as per norms given by Project manager.
Monitor/ Mobilize Workforce (Subcontractor, Site Team, Vendors).
Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations
Document for all work performed on project as per project specification provided by Project manager.
Liaise with Project Manager, Client and employees to complete project with given time frame on day to day basis reporting.
Request, manage and supervise the storage and maintenance of all materials, tools and equipment’s on the site.
Ensure employees & contractors comply with our Quality and HSE norms as per site requirements.
Ensure all employees & contractors adhering to housekeeping as per site requirements
Prepare & submit daily/weekly progress report to Project manager.
Responsible to review and check that all approved Documentation is available on-site.

Material approval was also part of my job in close coordination with the Project Manager.

NNE Pharmplan is a Denmark based Project Management Consultancy along with Design & Build Solutions in the various asset classes such as Nestle R & D centre, Hamdard.
I was involved in the construction of R&D facility of world Renowned company Nestle. The uniqueness of the project was the it was among the first project in the entire region to be done completely with Precast Technology. As a result machinery was being flown in from Germany, Denmark & Finland to achieve quality & finish in time. I was appointed as a Project manager for Civil Works.

My main job responsibilities were:

Interface with Project Manager and Clients, including attending project meetings.
Maintain relationships with Top Management of the Clients.
Monitoring of project resources identifying potential optimizations.
Monitor the overall project/s performance in terms of scheduling, cost, quality and HSE requirements.
Precast elements were supervised right from the Plant bed to the transportation & installation at the site.
The Precast columns and Slabs were installed using 2-3 mobile cranes with proper coordination & strict safety measures.
Screed using concrete of grade C-30 was done over a thickness of 75-100mm on each Precast Slab.
The finishing was done using rotatory wheels & vibrators.
A top layer of Epoxy was done on all the slabs.

DLF is the Largest Real estate company in India. I was working as a team member of Quantity Surveying Department.

Prepare progress reports e.g. daily and monthly progress reports and to track, Monitor & Control activities against the detailed project plans.
Coordinating the overall project with consultants, contractors, suppliers etc.
Negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
