• Review financial data reports and prepare monthly and annually consolidated financial reports for all
properties and head office and present to CEO.
• Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purpose.
• Preparing monthly Vat declaration and upload to GAZT.
• Instrumental in the development of the companies financial operations, organizational and
interdepartmental communication.
• Established strong relations with banks and financial institutions.
• Ensured a robust system implementation, financial planning, record-keeping, budgeting, accounts payable
and receivable, asset management, business analysis, Cash Management.
• Updated and improved accounting systems, chart of accounts and workflows, ensuring high efficiency from
the system and people.

• Working in liaison with the Chairman, the Board of Directors, the CEO and company Lawyers in order to
Incorporate the companies.
• Established the financial structure for the holding company and its subsidiaries.
• Oversee financial department employees, including assistants and accountants.
• Contract outside service for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial need as
necessary.
• Instrumental in the development of the companies financial operations, organizational and
interdepartmental communication, staff training and development.
• Participated in various organizational committees to ensure sustainability and limit decision making within
the framework of corporate governance.
• Instrumental in creation of legal structures for the 8 subsidiaries within the framework of Articles of
Associations of the company.

• Responsible for all Accounts and Financial Management of all company units IFS Arabia, Kerfi Arabia,
Medacsys and Infrastructure Unit across KSA, Gulf and Middle East.
• Managing financial and administration affairs of the company.
• Develop a competent cost accounting and Budgeting team.
• Act as liaison with financial institutions & negotiate facilities with foreign Bank (British, American & French).
• Financial reports to management for Cash situation with the bank & revenues and all other obligations.
• Developing annual and periodical financial statements to ensure that the financial status of the business.
• Overlooking the company tax position and advising on possible means of maximizing tax benefits.
• Taking an active role in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of computerized financial systems.
• Present Final year and quarterly financial report to company Board Member.

• Ensure claims are accurate and submitted on time & resolve issues to minimize rebates claim aged debt.
• Responsible for a portfolio of approx. 100 accounts.
• Prepare aged debtor reports - Send out statements and reminders.
• Responsible for typical accounting activities of the Food Division (Kraft, Sun Rice, Rauch...etc.) especially
Van sales and Retail in the Western & Eastern Region of the Kingdom.
• Responsible for cycle & physical counting of the inventories on automated MS office products.
• Directly managing banking reconciliation and other banking activities.
• Responsible for Accounting Matters, Commission, Inventory, Cost Accounting
• Controlling of all stock in operation.
• Guide the Management of any variances could appear during the operation.

1. Undertake the auditing of several of office clients till preparation the final accounts and Balance Sheets;
2. Undertake the Liquidation of number of different companies;
3. Preparing the financial reports to the association of commercial disputes resolution.
4. Managing Zakat Section at the Office and my role started from setting up companies and establishment of zakat profile until the final clearance of Zakat Certificate from the Zakat & Taxation Department.
5. Directly reporting to the General Manager
6. Initially involved in different projects in-charge of creation and/or auditing daily entries (JV), Trial Balances, Cash flow statements, Forecasting Management Accounting, Account Charts and models, Payable and Receivable Accounting, Payroll accounting, Assets and depreciation accounting.
7. Responsible for creating final statements (especially Framework and Costing Statements) for customers and finalizing payments with National Tax Dept and Zakat.
