• Spearheaded Project Controls functions on Mega Township Building Project of 5 Residential Building Towers consists of basement & G+10 Floors (37318 Sqm Built up area) and high-level amenities.

Key responsibilities: Preparation of baseline schedule for Engineering, Procurement, Installation and commissioning. Preparation of Daily, weekly and monthly reports. Delay analysis and mitigation update the schedule on regular intervals, interaction with lead engineers in Germany and dubai. closely working with site manager, ensuring the work being carried out according to plan, attending client progress review meetings, internal meetings and skype discussion with a team in Heusenstamm, Germany, Develop the Project’s Schedule/ Programme, Regularly update Programme to show effects of all events and maintain historical records for possible claim management/ delay analysis, Monitor progress against critical path of Programme, Log, monitor and actively follow up submittals by internal and external partners, Set-up the Project’s Progress Measurement system in accordance with the Programme, Establish and follow-up the Monthly Progress Reporting to the Client accordingly, Prepare reports, charts and detailed description of progress, incl. each stage of design, Contractor's documents, procurement, manufacture, inspection, delivery to site, construction, erection, testing, commissioning and trial operation, Investigate delay events and consequence on progress and propose to the Project Management respective mitigation measures from the planning perspective and co-ordinate/ follow-up the execution of such measures with the responsible disciplines head.

Executed a private airport including construction of Hangar, Meteorological Office, Air Traffic Control Room, development of state of art kitchens and banquet areas worth 8 Million USD
