1. Led Recruitment department for Corporate and non academic positions PAN India for a leading company in Education Sector. Hired candidates across locations (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai) across levels (junior, mid and senior). Led a team of 6 members - financial and approving authority for all. Successful in hiring through low cost channels, significantly reduced the TAT. Led campus hiring for financial year 2020-21. Executed campus hiring from Premier B-Schools for various management roles in Operations, Sales, Marketing, General Management and HR (Dec 2018 - Nov 2019).
