Sr. Engineer: International Business Unit - Quality:
• Responsibilities as an extended arm of Suzlon Denmark subsidiary
• Final inspection at Suzlon manufacturing units for export consignment of Nacelle, Hub, Panels & Blade
• Port inspection for cargo loading as per AQIS
• Quality documentation support to end customer
• Handling of internal as well as end customer complaints
• Coordination for Customer and TPIA’s visit to manufacturing units
Asst. Manager: Quality Management
• Conduct internal IMS audits for manufacturing units, wind farms and corporate offices in Suzlon India and Suzlon international locations
• Product audit of Wind Turbine Generator at wind farms at international locations
• Monitoring and measurement of key indicators affecting product and process quality
• Analysis of NCs to find out the trend, repetitiveness, cost wise, actionable area wise etc
• Preparation of Quality Management Organization Dashboard for CQO & CMD
Achievements in Suzlon:
• Awarded as the first person of the month for best performance
• Independent inspection of product, huge cost saving for company by replacing the TPI agencies
• Inspection of retrofit project at Portugal as representative of Suzlon Europe subsidiary
• Established final inspection process at Suzlon manufacturing units at Pondicherry and Padubidri
• Development of the final inspection checklist in co-ordination with international customers
• System and product audit for more than 50 locations in Suzlon
• Successful special audit to identify process failures at Rotor Blade Unit
• Developed and continual update of the Internal Audit checklist

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of QAP for the control panels according IRS, ABS, Indian Navy and Cost Guard standards / requirements.
• Internal Quality Inspection of panels.
• Installation and maintenance of control panels at customer place. Review of the Control Panels which are installed in ship / at site.
• To manage sourcing and vendor development for new projects.
• Maintenance of offset machine panels such as printing, cutting, punching, processing etc.
