Planning and Execution:-Finally accountable for developing complete Infrastructure needed for project execution, drawing project operations budget, preparing Preparation of Master Program and Mobilizing required manpower, machines and material resources. Balancing deployment of resources, monitoring work progress, setting up /enforcing quality control system, implementing cost control measures, ensuring observance of HSE standards, providing funds to support project operations.
Invoice and Claim Management:-Arranging timely invoicing on client to ensure timely realizations as per contract terms. Authorizing remittance to the contractors after due verification of the bills. Filing additional claim bills on the clients and securing payments for extra items/extra works executed. Arranging joint inspection with the clients and finally handling over the project completing all formalities.
Coordination and Cross Functional Leadership:- Maintaining effective coordination with all involved agencies viz, client, Architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, project manager to ensure obstruction-free project implementation Providing cross functional leadership teams including HR, Purchase, Accounts, projects as Profit Centre Head and integrating their efforts to maximize overall operational efficiency.
Managing construction of 28, 23, 21 Storied Residential Tower -Planning, Managing Resource, Preparing Construction Schedule, Making Bridge between P&M /civil/finishing/quality/safety, Controlling each and every Construction activity as per Schedule.
Execution of Project, Scheduling and Monitoring day by day activities, General and Reinforcement Steel Billing, Functioning as the Head of Construction, Supervising directly on Progress and Quality, Managing Safety at Site, Managing Cash Flow and payments of Contractor and Direct Labour. Mobilizing Labors and materials, Surveying, Maintaining ISO formats, Procurement of Shuttering and Form work system and fixing its operational methodology and schedule.
