Roles & Responsibilities:
•Involved in Permanent recruitment, internal recruitment
•Experience in complete End to End recruitment and onboarding activities.
•Initial screening of the resumes as per the requirements / telephonic screening, briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, notice period etc.
•Short-listing, scheduling the short listed candidates and interview co-ordinations
•Coordination of Mega walk-ins in Wipro.
•Developing and maintaining of database on the basis of immediate and future requirement
•Handling recruitment for a wide range of skill-sets and the positions i.e., Junior, Middle and Senior levels. On the basis of the preliminary interview, short-listing the candidates for next level.
