• Monitoring cash flow and ensuring that funds are arranged in the most cost effective manner after projecting accurate cash forecast and ensured that there is no shortage of cash in hand.
• Preparing the MIS Reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Audit Reports and other Financial Reports to keep a track of financial performance.

Auditing & Taxation
• Leading internal audits and developing audit work plans designed to accomplish audit objectives in compliance with requirements.
• Responsible for maintenance of all statutory & regulatory taxation compliance applicable to unit.
• Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes (VAT & TDS) and filing of returns for timely completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance.
• Handling statutory matters like PF & banking activities.
