Specific responsibilities and work performed:

• Ensured timely recording of accounting related transaction.
• Compliance with IFRS in respect of periodic and annual financial statements and direct reporting to Manager.
• Responsible for fuel consumptions of all vehicles and machines.
• Performing Quarterly Stock counts for various stores.
• Monitoring and recording financial transactions in accordance with the companys policies & FTAs regulations
• Oversee and control all aspects of inventory, ensuring accurate recording, tracking, and reconciliation using SAP M.
• Conduct routine cycle counts to ensure the ongoing accuracy of inventory levels.

Job responsibilities include:.
• Ensured timely preparation, and compliance with IFRS in respect of periodic and annual financial statements
• Reconciliation of general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information
• Preparation of special reports regarding financial status information & completing special projects.
• Monitoring and recording financial transactions in accordance with the companys policies & FTAs regulations.
• Closing monthly accounts, monitoring expenditures, analyzing revenues and conducting variance analysis on a monthly basis, and
submitting MIS reports along with KPI reports in a timely manner.
• Overseeing and performing the entire accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll, fixed assets, month/year-end closing processes, & consolidated accounts.

Job responsibilities include:
• Identify and assess potential risks to the organizations financial stability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop risk assessment methodologies and conduct risk analysis.
• Evaluate and test the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures.
• Recommend improvements to enhance control environments and mitigate risks.
• Examine financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Verify financial transactions and records for fraud or mismanagement.
• Assess the quality of telecom services provided to customers.

Job responsibilities include:
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company i.e., payroll, all payments and receipts.
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
• Participate in the execution of changes in procedures, policies and systems to facilitate expansions, compliance and scaling of business.
• Managing chart of accounts, preparation of BRS of all corporate bank accounts, fixed asset registers and withholding tax returns including to manage the companys financial accounting and reporting systems
• Assisting seniors in preparation of quarterly, semiannually and yearend financial statements.
• Liaison with external auditors to timely execution of half- y e a r reviews and annual audit.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements as well as trainings of staff i.e., MTOs, accounts officers.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets that are adequate for the organizations need including preparation of periodic budget forecast.
