* Survey conduction and report preparation to document findings and recommendations.
* Risk assessment for new clients/projects and prediction of loss/recovery.
* Underwriting, quotations and pricing preparation.
* Contracts and terms negotiation with clients and agreements closing.
* Client account status reporting and collection.
* Ensure client related documents comply legally.
* Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting client relationships.
* Creating new business relationships with potential clients.
Duties:
- Growing department sales in a profitable manner.
- Developing good relationships with existing and potential clients through continuous field visits
and other public relation tools.
- Preparing proposals and offers to clients.
- Jointly serving the existing clients of the company in terms of policy administration matters and
claims issues.
- Following up on policies renewals.
- Preparing presentations and other marketing material as needed.
- Following up outstanding premiums and recoveries.
- Coordinating with Medical Claims Department in matters relating to client claims or admissions.
