• Direct responsibility of major accounts in UAE/Bahrain/Kuwait.
• Marketing & Selling all ITEC solutions’ portfolio such as Digital
transformations platforms, Document management solutions,
Correspondence solutions, Robotic process automation, Business Process
Management, Customer Communication Management of major brands such
as KOFAX, DocuWare, Pitney Bowes and many others.
• Supervise the execution to open new markets with partners and alliances.
Capture clients’ requirements, Prospect/opportunity Qualification, Product
positioning, need creation/analysis, take ownership of proposal technical
responses, and orchestrating the processes between all involved LOB (line of
business) to Providing customers with full solution.
• In charge of doing and presenting solutions to Customers and preparing
proposals operations.
• Managing relationship with clients to insure smooth implementation along
with high customer satisfaction.
