Currently working in one of the largest sites of TCS IT Chennai with more than 7000+ employees as a HR head in charge for the location. I handle a team of 8 business HR.
Plan, design, implement and track all employee engagement parameters at center.
Supervise teams on activities related to Diversity, Health, Safety, Fitness & CSR initiatives for center
Handle employee concerns arising at the location including Ethical issues, Sexual harassment
Manage HR compliance and audit for center
Worked on special projects to advise various HR departments to maximize effectiveness through analysing HR data and creating action item which would benefit organization in terms of effective hiring, performance management, engagement & retention.
Other work involves Balance score card for HR functions including budget and progress, Monthly and Quarterly presentation and review of HR functions in Chennai & China.
Business HR portfolio for one of the largest accounts in TCS, consisting of 1800+ employees with three HR executives reporting. Role is to effectively retain talent by enhancing employee satisfaction for the account handled and maximize profitability for the account by enhancing resource mix by up-skilling and re-skilling.
Business HR for an account in BSFI space handling 600+ employees.

Was part of this company briefly to manage end- end operations for manpower hiring for overseas companies. Focusing largely on oil industries and hospitals.
Domain - Infrastructure services
I was the Manager HR in charge for region consisting of 1000+ employees with one executive reporting. We were responsible for all the HR activities in the region for entire employee life cycle. Supervise and support reportee to seamlessly conduct and coordinate all HR activities in the region
Domain - Banking
•Driving the half & annual performance management exercise with managers& directors.
•Conducted assessment of market positioning and advised project directors and managers on compensation related matters. (Salary recommendations during appraisal cycle based on market)
•Developed process to bridge gap between current & aspirational role by identifying training requirement for roles and competency possessed and aspired
• Handled all process from hire to exit which included Sourcing, Campus, Schedule interviews, Follow up & offer, Induction, MIS preparation, Training coordination, Personnel file maintenance, facilitate appraisal process through PeopleSoft, Query handling, Payroll, Exit formalities
