• Work with Juniper Advanced Manage Services as on-site NOC RE at Saudi Telecom Company.
• Work closely with customer and Juniper Technical Center to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment and network problems and to track JTAC critical (P1/P2) cases through to
problem resolution.
• Build and support layer-2 and layer-3 VPN services based on MPLS core infrastructure.
• Implement and support MPLS infrastructure using both LDP and RSVP signaling protocols,
including extensive support for traffic engineering and protection (RSVP). .
• Implement and troubleshoot various BGP scenarios to control and influence routing exchange with
both national and international carriers.
• Implement and troubleshoot L2 VPLS switching solutions using MX architectures capabilities.
• Support for Broadband Router Access server (BRAS) acting as LAC Juniper E series E-320, MX
series MX960 plus good knowledge in LAC Huawei ME.
• Support for MX480 being used as User-Facing Provider Edge (UPE) for ISPs.
• Monitoring Internet Gateway traffic and network devices using Whatsup, MRTG (CACTI), Sevone,
and Arbor Peakflow for traffic manipulation and troubleshooting.
• Configuring and troubleshooting Direct Internet Access (DIA) Circuits for Customers as well as
ISPs.
• Providing support for a network migration project from MX960 to MX2020.
• Work with change management team for IGW expansion project.
• Support for Junos Fusion connectivity related issue.
• Build and support Inter-provider and Carrier of Carrier services based on MPLS core infrastructure.
• Oversee day-to-day NOC operations, escalations, ticketing and communications with all customers.
• Support operations of Juniper WANDL IP/MPLSview and Northstar WAN SDN controller.
Accomplishments:
• Initiated multiple technical projects that improved performance and business functionality.
• Coordination with ISP for resolving the WAN issues within committed SLA in case of link failure.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of large tier-3 network having more than 400 Cisco and including
Core, Distribution and Access layer issues.
• Co-ordination between the service providers.
• Implementing Virtual Switching System (VSS) for 6500 Distribution Switches.

Project Done - Network migration and upgrading:
I did a project on a network level. Designing of the network was based on two tiers hierarchical
models comprising Access and Core switches. Implementing and configuring Cisco Catalyst 2960s
and Catalyst 4506 switches, Cisco router 2900 and Cisco firewall ASA 5510.Migrating old Data
Center into new one. As well as migrating old Active Directory server 2000 to new 2008 servers
working as cluster. Moving all users rather than acquiring static IP address to be done through DHCP
on windows server 2008.Installing an antivirus (Kaspersky administration kit) to manage all clients in
the LAN. Eventually, doing a test and document all activities have been done.
Responsibilities:
• Networking designing, implementation, configuration and maintenance.
• Document any network changes.
• Troubleshooting issues related to network.
• Working on a Firewall, Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010.
• Familiarity with servers and services, including DNS, DHCP, AD, Hyper-V, Sharing Data and
Securing Data.
