Work Responsibility
•To Assist Updating the Materials & Maintain warehouse records in the system.
•Update the Delivery note likes Update the MDR and partial delivery Report.
•To Make a Soft files and Updating according to the POs released to locate in the bins.
•Established and maintained a filing system under QATARGAS Polices and Procedure.
•Co-ordinate & follow up with End-User and make surety to collect the material on time
•Issue of Tenders and confirming the receipts of relevant documents, Receives, register and distributes various confidential documents like Technical & Commercial bids, keep records and to follow-up.
•Assist with Formatting Reports, Presentations, Letters & Prepare Monthly Time sheet for Contractors.
•Maintain good housekeeping in the office and arranges the stationary items and other related assets in a proper storage area.
•Handle the office equipment such as; computers, printer, Electronic Barcode Devises & Xerox Machine etc., are keeping in good method and requests to the concern department for services in case of defects.
•Maintaining Reservation slips in the Files in a sequence manner and Scan as require under QATARGAS Standards.
