- Prepare the technical documents required to prepare a technical bulletin to upgrade the
after-sales service departments and then send them to PSM SR. Engineer for review and
resending technical support to prepare the technical bulletin and publish it to the
relevant departments of the group.
- Participating in the preparation of scientific material for training in new products and
sending them to the Department of Technical Support to train technicians on them .
- Attend the training of technical support engineers on new products or new modifications
or updates to ensure that they are aware of all the products that are developed or
modifications to them .
- Participate in ECR reporting to be sent to the R&D Department to improve the service
provided to customers.
- Share maintenance and engineering management in reducing repair time by identifying the
root cause of hardware problems to improve the level of service provided and not repeat
the same problems with devices.

- Improving the performance level of production processes and reducing the general cost of
the activity and implementing continuous improvement projects and activities. - Maximizing productivity, increasing the capacity of operations, raising the efficiency and
effectiveness of production lines, and ensuring the availability of all production processes. - Reviewing the quantities of raw materials and raw materials required for each process
and reviewing the damage, waste and efficiency of use of raw materials and materials
with the aim of ensuring the organization of workflow and the ease of the flow of
operations.
