Monitor and directs in collaboration with PMT (Project Management Team), all site activities to ensure objective
are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.
• Assess and reviews the Project Key Performance Indicators to determine accurate status of project, making tactical
decisions for allocating resources and assigning staff requirements to maintain project on target.
• Manage changes to engineering scope and assist in obtaining written client approval on all changes before
proceeding with work.
• Prepare reports for corrective actions if project becomes behind schedule or overspends budget and presents to
General Manager with recovery plan.
• Reviews periodic status reports prepared and submitted by MEP contractors and other subcontractors.
• Prepare and presents monthly summary reports to General Manager.
• Confers with PMT managers to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
• Ensures all PMT departments have effective resources and perform with expected efficiency and productivity.
• Review of projects schedule and critical path of delayed activities.
• Review of projects budgets and monitor the expenditures.
• Follow up with Client for the payment release related to monthly progress invoice.
• Conducting meeting with vendors and subcontractors to monitor the delivery schedule and status of work
progress.
• Regular site visit to ensure that the work is going on the right way and also in accordance with quality and safety
policies.
• Reviews variations orders and follow up with Client / Consultant for approval.

1. Design and construction of king faisal air academy -Majmaah -Royal Saudi air force - Amount 3, 014, 404, 415 SR.
The project includes construction of external security wall, main infrastructures, operation infrastructure and housing
area including facilities.
2. Design and construction of king salman air base -Derab -Royal Saudi air force -amount 2, 116, 314, 187 SA.
The project is air base facilities and runway.
3. Multi Storey parking building - Riyadh -Ministry of education -amount 74, 974, 749.00 SR
The project consists of 6 story car parking bulding with a capacity of 1146 vehicles and stat of the art parking
management and find your car systems with total built up area of around 43, 275m2.
4. Water purification plant -Wadi Dawasir-Ministry Of Environment Water & Agriculture -amount 55, 134, 955.00
SR.
The project design and construction water treatment plant for the drinking water with capacity 20, 000m3 per day
includes design and supply, installing and construction of primary treatment and RO plant and other components,
tanks cooling tower pump station and all the civil work with infrastructure .
5. Construction of strategic water tank-Madinah - Ministry Of Environment Water & Agriculture - amount
50, 000, 000.SR.
The project including construction of concrete water tank (200mx80mx7.7m high) and civil works, fence roads and
pipes lines with total length 8 km di (400 to 1200 mm), electrical work and Scada system.
6. Hail road and bridge - Hail - Ministry Of Transportation - amount 83, 767, 654.SR,
The project including of construction bridge across highly congested Arar and Turait roads including two loops two
ramps with total of 60m span and 44m width, with total road networks 200km.
7. Supply & installation generator -Hafer Apaten-royal Saudi air force -amount 39, 222, 402.SR.
The project including of construction power station building and supply 7 generator with total capacity 22 mega, and
electrical cables networks with total length 50km. and scada system and main panels.

• Responsible for supervising and directing site operations.
