Duties primarily include Estimation, Detail design engineering of HVAC system viz., Heat-Load calculation, selection of equipment, duct & pipe routing, Ventilation Calculation & making Quotation for a tender also. Other duties are as stated below in detail.
Working in an Estimation and making a list of material from drawing & Making BOQ from Tender drawing. Get Quotation from the supplier for the material which we will use in the project. Making Quotation for the tender and send it to the client. Preparing material for the site after they accept our Quotation and receiving of Purchase order. Selection of Chillers, AHU’S, FCU’S, Exhaust Fan, Blower and other Accessories. Designing of HVAC Systems using HAP, Duct Sizer, Diffuser selector and AutoCad Software. Performed the material verification. Duct system design, supervision, duct fabrication and installation of the ductwork following SMACNA standard. Heat exchanger fixing & Air condition commissioning. Making Time Schedule for site work & Daily Activity Report. Planning and execution of work so as to achieve the target as planned. Maintaining records and archives to company standards Prepare Invoice as per Submitted BOQ
