• Collecting the information’s from all team members and preparing Weekly observation dashboard to be send to parsons’ management and client assurance team to be discussed during weekly assurance meeting.
• Collecting the information’s from all team members and preparing reports for compliance monitoring (Dashboard for dust, spill and waste and updating in client Share folder)
• Preparing Mobilization and demobilization folder and updating on weekly basis in share folder to be present to assurance team
• Preparing monthly KPI report for Environmental key indicators and send to Parsons management.
• Reviewing Compliance obligation Registers form all contractors and submit to client assurance team on monthly basis.
• Working with contractors to update GHG DATA and sending Updating 20n Step folder for all contractors and presenting to NEOM assurance team on weekly basis.
• Updating the PMT (Performance management tools, includes IN, NCR, and environmental incidents) in share folder and presenting NEOM Assurance on weekly basis.
• Reviewing monthly inspection schedule with all team members before sending to client at the beginning of each month monthly inspection schedule
• Client EMS, COR, and Focus Audits, scheduling with contractors and participate in Audit with Client and follow up with contractor to closeout findings.
• Conducting Pre-Audit before the client audit to verify the documents to achieve better compliance.
• Sending audit close out after reviewing and verifying the documented evidence.
• Reviewing all the documents from all contractors include CESMP, EMS manual, MSTs (Method statements) and other documents for environmental compliance assurance in Aconex.
• Reviewing the MOC (blasting, earthwork etc.) and submitting to client for approval.
• Reviewing the MST for trees translocation and sending to client for approval.
• Reviewing COR (compliance obligation register for all contractors to determine the compliance assurance.
• Regular site visit for monitoring of compliance, joint inspections with engineers for all contractors
• Preparing ESMP for Batching plant and other areas of the project as required by consultant/client.
• Preparing Tree Translocation plan and submitted to cllient for approval to implement on site as per client requirements.
• Preparing and implementing Flood management plan and submiting to client for approval
• Preparing and implementing environmental Management system manual
• Conducting ecology and Archaeology survey and preparing reports to get approval from Client.
• Preparing and implementing the requirents in Client environmental primary assurance frameworks- 20 steps for environmental compliance requirements.
• Preparing waste management plan, dust management plan, emergency management plan and other plans.as per client requirement.
• Preparing environmental monitoring reports and uploading in Enablon for client/consultant approval.
• Preparing CESMP for Early earth work clearing and grabbing and also for all the roads as per client EISA and get approval for implementation on site.
