• Legal Department for the SPA template of the new project before the launch and revised template in case of any modification in the SPA of the existing project.
• IT-for uploading the new /revised SPA received from legal, incorporating any new details etc.
• Projects - for getting the layout, finishes, unit details, payment plan, construction milestone
• Finance for payment clearance and payment verification.
• Sales Consultant - for receiving the complete document
• Collection Department- helping the collection team by providing the SPA copy, payment plan, contract details etc.
• Customer service Department - for final handover of SPA /Oqood registration.
