Manage full life-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing candidates, Resumes’ Screening, short listing and submitting qualified profiles.
 and negotiating job offers.
 Arranging interviews and making, Manage salary proposals to finalists and negotiating the job offer details with them.
 conducting reference check on short-listed candidates.
 Meeting with managers to identify staffing needs.
Develop job specifications and job descriptions.
Provide new staff orientations on employee code of Ethics manual.
Attracting and sourcing candidate using Applicant tracking system (ATS), social media, HR database, and other recruiting portals.
 Design and implement the overall recruitment strategy.
 Completing timely reports on employment activity.
 Staying current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy and labor law regards employment practices.
Building internal system: Improving policies and procedures for the internal company
by law, communication board, leaves policy, travel transportation, compensation and
Benefits, internal memo …etc.
Governmental follow-up: Ministry of labor (Work permit & accommodation), Incident
Injuries, Social security annual reports.
 Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
 Implement candidate relationship management strategy with current and potential candidates.
Organize and attend job fairs and any recruitment related events.
 Conducting formal on-boarding and off-boarding programs.
 Managing the Employee Relations including Disciplinary Actions and conflict resolutions.
 Developed and implemented Full Group HR Policies and Procedures, Employee Handbook.
 Managing Personnel Function including Payroll Run, Social Security and Ministry of Labor requirements.
Developed and implemented Salary Scaling, Grading system and benefit eligibility system.
 Developed Competency Based Job Roles and career track for each function.
 Worked on Modification of the existing Authority Matrix.
 Automated HR Systems through implementation of Mena Itech System including: Payroll system, Self Service Applications, Training System, Performance Management system.
 Design and implement the overall recruitment strategy.
Establish electronic job candidate assessments and eliminate paper based assessments.
Implement Electronic Employee Application and Recruitment Management System and Database.
Coordinate with NGOs and Ministry of Labor, to develop job seekers’ soft skills, in remote areas to qualify and prepare them for local labor market.
Manages day-to-day operations of Human Resource department.
Perform all duties and tasks requested by direct manager as per the job needs
