# Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the IT team to ensure the optimal operations of:
o WAN & LAN Infrastructure.
o Servers & Operating Systems.
o (Internet, Mail & Intranet Services).
o Office Computers, Applications & Peripherals.
o Connectivity with Data Service Content Providers.
o Office VoIP.
o Internal and External Security via systems and procedures such as Firewalls, Antivirus, Anti-Spam & Anti-Intrusion.
# Identify client requirements, needs and evaluate optimal solutions (hardware or software) weighing functionality, suitability and cost/benefit factors to meet end users support goals.
# Ensure and monitor rapid responses to Help Desk and support requests in order to keep down time to a minimum. Provides 2nd or 3rdline support and escalates problems when the team capacity and capability are exceeded.
# Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding of all hardware and software applications in use across the business to have the necessary capacity to provide troubleshooting support.
# Responsible for ensuring the purchase of the right software and hardware as per the business requirements by reviewing quotations and raising Purchase Requisitions for the same.
# Administer changes to IT systems; infrastructure and applications through coordination with other IT team.
# Keep up to date with the latest developments in Applications and Databases of relevance to OiLSERV, particularly from major suppliers such as Microsoft.

• Configuration: Change & check all parameter follow the SWO or Marketing requests and routine technical configuration such as CGI, new country code from IR has been done accurately.
• Rate & Charging Matrix: set new (DPC, SCCPGT, PP international roaming partner, & Service Classes) or change current rate & tariff in the charging matrix.
• SIM/Scratch Card Management: SIM definitions & SC generation, loading & Activation & preparation as the SC/SIM orders.
• Trouble shooting: IN & SMS Trouble shooting, Alarm analysis, Service problems, configuration checking & testing, solve & follow up customer care problems.
• Data collection & back up: RBI and SMSC backup the CDR's of (call, SMS, CRBT, VOI & GPRS).
• Test & Acceptance: Test new configured service in the IN.
• Perform all operations that purpose to update the system and services with necessary tests.
• Cooperate with other regions to perform test for many operations that has been done at mid night.
• Modification & check the scripts that executed by (SQL & AWK commands) according to request from technical support and make sure that the script running normally after modification.
• Monitor routine operation (daily &monthly backup) running correctly in IN backup server and copy it when it reach to large size and ensure that the connection is OK with this server.
• Solve & follow up customer problems and cooperate with (NSS & VAS) department to analysis it.

• Automation engineer in the three-strands CCM (Continuous Casting Machine), this unit contain many pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, water cooling systems, heating systems using natural gas and air blower controlled by SIEMENS PLC
S200, cutting system using natural gas and oxygen and many other devices:
- Starting up CCM unit by SIEMENS PLC S315 system, one general PLC and 3 other PLCs for 3 strands (one for each strand).
- Setting up SIEMENS AC Drives (Micromaster 440) to control 15KW, 11 KW,
5.5 KW, 0.25 KW motors via PROFIBUS networks.
- Setting up supervision system (HMI) for the casting unit.
- Working with different types of sensors (mechanical, normal proximity and high pressure proximity limit switches), pressure & temperature switches, and pressure & temperature transducers, 24 Vdc solenoid valves for hydraulic, pneumatic, N. gas, oxygen and water systems.

•Install wireless towers that are used to Transmission Internet Service and configure device which are used to broadcast and receiving that are using broadband connection which operate in MicroTek Technology.
•Maintenance of Transmitters and Receivers devices which are used in
These towers and Update these Device to the Latest Version.
•(O&M) Operation and Maintenance for this Network.
•Install and configure Wireless Receivers Devices which are used to
Receive Internet Service such as Nano Station, Nano Bridge and Power
Station…etc

• I Worked in Oman-Muscat (On Job Training) for 6 month under EHOPE (Electronic Hospital Operations) (Financial & Medical) with UNDP (United Nations Development Programme).This Project contain a System Developed by OPTIMAIZA Solution Academy work with ORACLE Developer & SQL Programming Language. I back to Iraq to complete the Project in Basra Children Hospital and I worked as Trainer of Trainee. In addition, I worked in Jordan-Amman (on job training) as System Administrator in same project (EHOPE) for 2 week.
I back to Iraq to work with EHOPE Project Servers, I deal with Applications Server, Storage Server and 2 Unix Server
