+ Maintain and circulate weekly financial reports, weekly duty/VAT forecast and weekly reconiliation report

• Managing all aspects of logistics by coordinating with Vendor Management Team, Financial Team, Warehouse Team and end users.
• Coordinating and monitoring transportation operations for local shipments and foreign shipments from the port to the warehouse.
• Ensuring appropriate, safe and accurate receiving of goods in warehouse.
• Minimizing demurrage and detention charges by ensuring all orders issued have a valid import permit to prevent any delays may occur at the customs.
• Insuring all Import Exemptions are intact and valid.
• Work out and check as per the requirements all documents for the shipments and follow up the shipping from the supplier and shippers as per the schedule and plan as well.
• Follow up with our broker for all shipments under Custom Clearance for smooth clearing process.
• Follow up with Petro Rabigh marine team for direct discharge shipments coming to Rabigh port prior to the vessel arrival to prevent any unnecessary demurrage charges.
• Handling Reverse Logistics by ensuring the spent chemicals are sent back for regeneration or sending the damaged spare part for repair and return.
• Filled in Destination Management Dept. supervisor place (acting supervisor).
• Produce daily, monthly and the annual reports for the management in details.
• Implementing a KPI system for the outsourced services (customs clearance, transportation, shipping and storage).
Logistic Specialist:
* Managing all aspects of logistics by coordinating with purchasing dept, financial dept, warehouse dept and production dept.
* Find out the comparative price and perfect agreement with excellent facility from the Marine Agent to minimize the cost and for harmonious work activity and transactions for shipping.
* Negotiation with shipping lines, freight forwarders, custom and local authority.
* Work out and check as per the requirements all documents for the shipments and follow up the shipping from the supplier and shippers as per the schedule and plan as well.
* Follow up and control shipments under clearance with the clearance agent & transporter in order to clear the shipments on time and to avoid any unlikely extra charges.
* Ensuring appropriate, safe and accurate receiving of goods in warehouse.
* Ensuring all process for all shipments as per the company policy to avoid any delay / detention / Demurrages and follow up and communicate with causative until we cover all extra payment
* A high contribution in Managing of financial flow by checking the invoices and follow up for the final payment.
* Work and control a team as Team leader at sea port for off loading the bulk shipments such material as (Scrap, Hbi, Dri etc)
• Produce daily, monthly and the annual reports for the management in details.
* Graduated from Natural science high School with 96.7%. * Studied in Medical College in KAU (King Abdulaziz Univ.) for 3 years.
