Selling Iron, timber, plumbing supplies, electricity, meter and construction equipment:
• Receive customer requests and provide product information, prices and comparisons between products
to customer .
• Providing advice and assistance to customers to choose the right product.
• Registering new orders, submitting quotations, issuing invoices, and following up on delivery to the
customer.
• Work to achieve the required sales percentage on the branch with the branch team.
• Supervising the consistency of storage operations and quantities available in the branch and submitting a
report to the main warehouse.
• Supervising the procedures for the return and replacement of products.
• Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the Branch and Sales Manager.
• Sending a daily report to the branch and sales manager in the head office.

• استقبال طلبات العملاء و تقديم معلومات المنتجات والأسعار والمقارنات بين المنتجات.
• تقديم أستشارة و مساعدة العملاء لختيار المنتج المناسب.
• تسجيل الطلبات الجديدة وتقديم التسعيرات وأصدار الفواتير ومتابعة التسليم والتوصيل الى العميل.
• العمل على تحقيق نسبة المبيعات المطلوبة على الفرع مع فريق الفرع.
• الإشراف على تناسق عمليات التخزين والكميات المتوفرة بالفرع ورفع تقرير الى المستودع الرئيسي.
• الاشراف على اجراءات الاسترجاع واستبدال المنتجات.
• تقديم تقارير دورية عن ملاحظات العملاء إلى مدير الفرع والمبيعات.
• إرسال تقرير يومي الى مدير الفرع والمبيعات بالأدارة.
