o Support executing and implementing RTA Digital Strategy in alignment with Corporate Strategy to elevate RTA in digital transformation.
o Support the development and periodical review of technology standards, policies, procedures, and processes and carry out compliance reviews of agencies and sectors with technology standards, policies, procedures, and processes.
o Provide feedback to the management about the performance and progress of the digital Strategy so that the same can be reviewed for possible improvement.
o Conduct Awareness Sessions for Both Management & Employees Regarding RTA digital Strategy KPIs
o Yearly Reviews for all Type of KPIs with Top Management: KPI Formula, Scope, Description, Target & Ownership
o Member in Smart Government Criteria Team for Dubai Government Excellence Program & Participate in the execution of the internal Excellence self-assessment
o Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

- Assist HR Manager in all HR functions (recruitment, orientation, performance appraisal, development, employee relations, etc.). - Follow up all HR Manager instructions. - Conform to all HR Quality Procedures. - Prepare salaries and payroll. - Arrange and follow up all training needs. - Maintain personnel records and files for all employees. - Maintenance department files and keep all files in an orderly manner and prepare filing system directions for other users. - Provide effective guidance and support to field staff regarding general administration matters and performance issues. - Arrange and follow up the social activities for the employees. - Control time keeping for the employees. - Follow up all social security and legal procedures. - Implement H&S rules and regulations. - Minimize environmental pollution by optimizing the use of energy and material and by ensuring clean environment on his area of work
