Assisting this project in the capacity of Project Engineer, I was responsible for all correspondence with consultant and client.
As a senior engineer, I also look forward for managing and implementing all the work related to Complete the building. Also, responsible for dealing and appointment of subcontractor, all structures work, and all finishing works.
Prepare Interim payment certificate.
Direct dealing with Dubai municipality, consultant and client. Document
Review and approval for all the ongoing activity on the site. Directly
Coordinating with the consultants.

Project: Molecular Imaging Center Dubai Hospital, Dubai
Client: Dubai Health Authority DHA.
Consultant: Abu-Dhabi International Medical Services. (ADI)
National Gulf Construction built a new unit of Molecular Imaging Center in Dubai Hospital. The project was of extreme importance, because this unit was one of its kind in whole region.
We build shear walls with Lead sheets so no harmful radiation should cross through walls. This project was for public Interest we did the hospital theme interior.
NGC completes this project with a record time frame of 5 months. Assisting this project in the capacity of Site Engineer; later as the project engineer responsible for managing and implementing all the work related to Complete the project.
Also, responsible for deconstruction of old structure, screeding for floor Self leveling, vinyl flooring, gypsum work and all internal and external paint with designing works required to Finalize the project.

Sajwani Group is one of the leading developers in the middle east, awarded
the contract for a skyscaper of 12 storey building providing complete
construction management services for implementation the required work site
to Al shahiq building cont. LLC.
Assisting this project in the capacity of Project Engineer Civil; responsible
for managing and implementing all the work related to Complete the
building. Also responsible for Excavation, machinery deployment required
for excavation, all structures works, and all finishing works.
Direct dealing with Sharjah municipality, consultant and client. Document
review and approval for all the ongoing activity on the site. Directly
coordinating with the consultants for their design and, reviewing their
designs and reports, to ensure that the proposed design is cost effect in
accordance with project requirements. In addition to these also responsible
for providing regular monthly and weekly reports for the Construction
progress. To coordinate with other departments for inputs, being the focal
point for receipt, distribution and dispatch of internal and external
communications and documentation.

Mainly Worked as a CIVIL Site engineer in SHARJAH / DUBAI.
Deals with Sharjah Municipality Works.
Implementation and coordinating all discipline of construction field. Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Preparing reports as required.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
