Working as LEAD HSE Executive, looking after the HSE system of all field including plant and Construction sites.
Responsible of implementation for the certification OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and coordinate for ǪMS ISO 9001.
Development of HSE Management System procedure and documentation as per PDCA concept of OHSAS18001 & 14001 with regular feedback from the line departments.
Preparation of the department budget as per requirement.
Participation in the development and implementation of safety & loss prevention policies and
procedures. Reviews safety manuals, procedures, documents, and recommends appropriate amendments.
Planning and execution of detailed safety inspection/ audits of all field locations, facilities, equipment and working practices.

Maintain the JSA, HSE Observations, Updating of HSE Statistics. Maintain the IMS of HSE Department.
Ensuring the site safety.
Plan & Ensure safe lifting activities.
Ensure safe air blowing, flashing, hot/cold work.
Ensure safe work at height, lifting equipment and manual handling. Ensure SSW during construction activities.
Conduct risk assessment, SOP / SWP and JSA.
Perform checks on work equipment, labor, health workforce and work environment.
Ensuring the workforce has been working in accordance with SOP.
Reviewing and directing employees to work in accordance obligations and in accordance with the companys operating system.
Perform Safety Audits and inspections of the project. Conduct Safety Meetings.
Track employee HSE Performance, conduct Pre-job assurance reviews with crews.
Ensure that local facility is operating in an environmentally sound manner and in compliance with local ordinances and permit requirements.
