Duties & Responsibilities: • Evaluates weekly status report submitted by Sub-contractor
• Checked and evaluates stage billing of the Sub-contractor
• Attend project site meeting with the developer
• Conduct on site inspection to check if they complied with the plan & specification & make assures that workmanship is in accordance with sound & accepted construction practices
• Prepares concreting schedule.
• Project estimating
• Coordinates with the developer on the details of plans, specs and design needed prior to Project estimate preparation.
• Coordinates with the Material Control Officer on the status of delivery for the Sub-contractor
• Submits project accomplishment report per contract to the Project Engineer for Finance department information.
• Updates weekly accomplishment report for the developer
• Prepares memorandum/correspondences to different departments, developer and Sub-contractors.
• Coordinate and expedite submittal of turn-over document from the Sub-contractor
• Evaluates turnover paper submitted by the contractor and endorses to Project Engr. / Project Manager.
• Repairing works of snags/faults happen under warranty period.
