1- KAP4 (King Abdullah Ibn Abdul-Aziz Project For Development of the Security Facilities - Phase 4) with total project value SR 1, 430M, in two site locations in Riyadh, KSA:
1.1- General Directorate of Public Security (Site 118), PV = SR 846M
1.2 - General Directorate of Building Security (Site 119), PV = SR 583M.

Making full planning work starting from baseline planning, scheduling, coding, data analyzing, progress updating, BL controlling, reporting & dash-boarding, issue tracking, manpower tracking, delay tracking, procurement & material tracking, and full planning data documenting.
I established Planning Dept. in the company and managed the planning and monitoring process in the whole projects.
