● Develop and implement a recruitment plan to attract, select, and hire Talent to meet business requirements and strategic direction of the companies.
● Maintain and keep accurate records of all recruitment activities.
● Working closely with HR divisional heads in Almarai, Nadec, Alsafi, and the other partners to design and roll out corporate HR initiatives as well as to manage employee relations matters in the respective area.
