Wellbeing Specialist in TREE program, My responsibilities include:
Lead the development of wellbeing course and training resources for both face-to-face and online based on the Teacher Professional Development (TPD) Frameworks and design thinking principles.
Develop plans to implement and roll out the relevant wellbeing trainings for teachers and supervisors.
Develop training plans, materials, and tools.
maintain effective communication with training participants through different means.
Facilitate training courses (online and face to face) and ToT for teachers and supervisors.
provide technical assistance, coaching and mentorship to program participants through a variety of delivery methods, including utilizing a new technology.
Conduct regular field visits to schools to coach participants, gather data, document case studies, and enhance relationships with school communities.
Lead the development of assessment tools related to teachers, analyze results and support the development of action plans.
Prepare progress and technical reports and briefs in compliance with internal SCJ requirements and any relevant external donor requirements.

Part-time researcher with Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Sharifain, in preparing counseling and training programs.

Wellbeing Technical Consultant in TREE program, My responsibilities include:
 Provide overall technical assistance and guidance on the wellbeing component.
 Develop the technical backgrounds materials and literature review of the wellbeing component
 Develop training manuals for teachers and trainers.
 Facilitate meetings with MOE teachers and counsellors in relation to the content of the wellbing course.
 Contribute to the development of wellbeing online learning content.
 Conduct trainings for teachers as requested by the TPD team lead.
 Attend calls and meetings with the technical team.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team at the behavior and psychology clinic, assistance in treating service users with mental health problems. my Duties include:
• Assessing the client’s mental health needs, abilities or behaviour using a variety of methods.
• Psychological diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Conducting interviews and also direct observations of behaviour.
• Devising and monitoring appropriate programmes of treatment for clients.
• Providing individual and group psychological intervention to client.
• Ensure the high quality of intervention and care provided to beneficiaries.
• Working hard to maintain the highest standards of care and service.
• Maintaining accurate records of clinical work.
• Strong respect for the privacy and confidentiality of clients.

Implementation of a training workshop for women victims of family violence, my Duties include:
• Effective communication skills, and Emotional venting.
• Feelings management, and crisis management.

Trainer in the program (Me and my surroundings), which targeted school students, my Duties include:
• Enhance their self-confidence and importance as active and productive members of their community.
• Provide students with the skills and experience necessary to meet the challenges of life and the future.
• Develop students' abilities to set goals, make decisions and learn the right ways to communicate with others.
• Increased awareness of their rights and duties within the community.

A psychological counselor for people with special needs and their families, and i seeks to improve the quality and conditions of their lives and their integration into society through the following tasks:
• Evaluating and making decisions about a patients treatment options.
• Organize and conduct psychological and social support to clients and their families who benefit from mental health services.
