*Provide input into product design where software products and licensing must be tailored to suit clients' needs.
* Managed MS portfolio (Office 365, Azure, EMS, Microsoft 365, Windows 10 and Dynamics 365).
* Explain to the customer’s office 365 plans and propose them the best plan based on business needs.
*Achieve assigned revenue target by conducting tele-sales of assigned services, submitting proposals, following with Account Managers and customers and coordinating help with Microsoft to close deals.
* Follow-up with Account Managers on lead generation and help them to close the deal.
* Manage Microsoft partner portal.
*Maintain up-to-date Pipeline in addition to forecasting and closing.
*Auditing MS invoices.
* Explain for customers Microsoft cloud products and propose them the best plan based on business needs.
Responsibilities Including :
•Developing and maintaining a strategy and product sales plans to address the designated industry sector or geographic territory.
•Generating and following up on leads and qualifying and prioritizing opportunities.
•Developing, extending and maintaining relationships with the appropriate staff.
•Maintaining an understanding of the competitive activity relevant to industry sector or geographic territory.
•Pre-Sales passed on preparing the proposals and quotation.
•Build new relation passed on workshops and preparing for presentations for whom interested in business solution of Microsoft Dynamic ERP from different areas such as IT, Finance, High level Management and Administration.
•Visit the prospect customers with sales manager to introduce the company and our solutions, services.
