Achievements/Accountabilities:

1) Lead the CS import team (10 employees direct reporting to me including one counter manager whom has 5 employess reporting to him) to ensure achieving the CS objectives and KPIs.
2) Taking the ownership for VIP-Key customers to drive the volumes growth, and worked with Sales teams on a plan and campaigns to regain some of the lost accounts and build a plan to sustain the current customers/segments especially for import reefer customers.
3) Case Management training (CRM system) for Egypt cluster CS teams and Implemented system successfully within the cluster (core Expert).
4) Conducted training and Implemented Salesforce.com for Customer Service cluster team.
5) Formulated and executed a local customer service strategy in order to deliver on the global and local targets
6) Maintained a dynamic customer service organisation where resources are managed effectively and efficiently
7) Derived continuous improvements, monitors performance against established KPIs and targets and takes corrective action as required.
8) Have worked hardly to improve some of the chronic process issues that we had in the imports/counters.
9) Managed the free time and waivers requests sensibly especially after the new Egypt Central Bank regulations due to the foreign currency issues in Egypt Market to balance between demurrage/detention collections and keeping the customer satisfied - making him feel supported as well.
10) Timely attending the customer requests, hear the customer voice and always provide different solutions and alternative to facilitate the customer job.
11) Working with OTCS-GSC teams in India to migrate some processes in order to minimize-balance the work load within the team and eliminate the inefficiencies.
12) Spread different positive spirit within the counter-imports team specially the team work spirit and the personal relationships amongst them, further I was always trying to give them the chance to take the ownership and different decisions them self’s, by using coaching models to gain more-different ideas and improve their skills as well.
13) Have completed all the Care PRO bites and delivered them to the team as well.
14) Enhanced and spread the commercial knowledge/awareness within the team.

Achievements:
1) Won the Sales Master Award globally for 2015!
2) Won Med Commercial Award for 2014!
3) 62% growth in 2014 over my 2013 performed volume!
4) Tripled the export reefer volume compared to 2013, seasonal(citrus and potatoes) and non-seasonal(frozen vegetables).(from 362 to 1074)
5) Achieved 117% of 2014 target volume (7590 FFE) and 127% of target revenue (USD 22.876 M), Which represent;31% from total Egypt Cluster volumes for 2014, compared with less than 25% in 2013, 44 % from Egypt Import volume, compared with 41% in 2013.
Egypt country growth from 2013 to 2014 is 55%, my contribution was 34% in this growth.
6) 256% growth in Import reefer volume comparing to 2013 by securing new customers and new businesses from Brazil and India.(1491 FFE in 2014 compared with 584 FFE in 2013)
7) Conducted training for Egypt cluster sales team in using the new version of “Salesforce.com” system, and enhance using “Salesforce” efficiently - professionally further to insure data-updates quality.
8) Trained GSC (Indian) sales team efficiently - professionally before running the SCOPE project in Egypt cluster.
9) Established and developed an import entity and sales activities in Safmarine Egypt (on FOB bases) and remain over achieving budgets/targets since 2nd half of 2008 and until 2014.
10) Maximized the scope / share of Safmarine brand in import market and manage campaigns to increase our volumes into Egypt and Libya.
11) Started-initiated working on NAM/USA trade/lane for both import and export which never shared by Safmarine Egypt team

Accountabilities:

1) Managing and handling all the import sales activities on FOB & CIF bases, rate requests, daily selling process, pricing and attending all import customers’ requests - inquiries for Egypt and Libya, further to handle cross bookings, re-export shipments and free time requests.
2) Handling all Export sales activities for Dry and reefer cargo.
3) Manage Key clients and developed new potential customers to be segmented as a new developed key clients.
4) Arranging - coordinating with pricing-trade desks in Belgium then Egypt cluster TNM team the update of rates / pricing strategies and market updates for Imports into Egypt and Libya.
5) Preparing the budgets and related space discussions with trade desks in Belgium.
6) Trainer - Super user for "Salesforce.com" system, coaching Egypt and Lebanon teams to enhance efficiently - professionally using and updates.
7) Train - coordinate with the GSC team in India on all sales activities and prepared the process mapping, further to responsibility of the dual run for sales team in SCOPE project for Egypt cluster (Egypt and Lebanon).
8) Develop / drive action business plans and campaigns to grow the volume for certain customers, commodities and corridors.
9) Handling the tenders business and related rating & conditions.
10) Responsibility for NAM / USA trade for pricing and FMC rates filing for Export and Import.
11) Coordinating and communicating with customer service, counters stuff the customer requirements and requests.
12) Reporting to Egypt cluster Manager
