5) Achieved 117% of 2014 target volume (7590 FFE) and 127% of target revenue (USD 22.876 M), Which represent;31% from total Egypt Cluster volumes for 2014, compared with less than 25% in 2013, 44 % from Egypt Import volume, compared with 41% in 2013.
Egypt country growth from 2013 to 2014 is 55%, my contribution was 34% in this growth.
6) 256% growth in Import reefer volume comparing to 2013 by securing new customers and new businesses from Brazil and India.(1491 FFE in 2014 compared with 584 FFE in 2013)

4) Arranging - coordinating with pricing-trade desks in Belgium then Egypt cluster TNM team the update of rates / pricing strategies and market updates for Imports into Egypt and Libya.
5) Preparing the budgets and related space discussions with trade desks in Belgium.
6) Trainer - Super user for "Salesforce.com" system, coaching Egypt and Lebanon teams to enhance efficiently - professionally using and updates.
7) Train - coordinate with the GSC team in India on all sales activities and prepared the process mapping, further to responsibility of the dual run for sales team in SCOPE project for Egypt cluster (Egypt and Lebanon).
8) Develop / drive action business plans and campaigns to grow the volume for certain customers, commodities and corridors.
