Implement Holcim Safety Standards and Integrate safety into all maintenance operations and ensure working conditions and safety at work (Holcim employees and contractors).
Manage with Production team the production capacity and production plan, share for all process cycle improvement, manage the continues follow-up for production line KPIs
Perform RCA and gap analysis for all critical and chronic production interruptions, enhance team contribution through dynamic and agile process to cope with all fast and severe changes .
Lead team of Engineers and technicians to control execution of Elec. & Inst. works (Holcim and contractors) carried out on equipment, according to the budgets, policies and respecting the deadlines.
Follow up Elec. & Inst. maintenance budget monthly and yearly optimize the spare parts consumption to follow the budget margins, also define all CAPEX needs and its technical specifications
Major Industries: Cement manufacturing, alternative fuel processing (AFR, RDF and petcock), Power distribution and electric machines.
- Insure implementation for safety standards in explosive hazard areas and review selected equipment to cope with ATEX zones and sure that its compatibility with explosion proof standards.
- Insure the implementation of Root cause analysis and take the appropriate measures to prevent the re occurring of failures due to electrical problems.
- Follow up electrical maintenance budget monthly and yearly optimize the spare parts consumption to follow the budget margins, also define all CAPEX needs and its technical specifications.
- Technically support all new development projects agreed by Lafarge Holcim management team, evaluate all new equipment status and quality, support in commissioning process and testing.
- Contribute with plant management system to achieve plant performance KPI’s and optimize power and fuel consumption.
- Capability of evaluate high risks and risk management, Working through explosive hazards and ATEX zones, ARC flash and electrical hazards exposure and Biological hazards exposure through RDF and AFR materials
- EI committee member developing HERA and HECP documents for critical jobs according to all process cross function members outputs, electrical installations safety and energy isolation trainer.
- Ensure completion of electrical maintenance jobs with the highest level of safety, quality and effectiveness at minimum cost to maximize equipment availability through managing and motivating the team.
- Implement Lafarge Safety Standards and Integrate safety into all maintenance operations and ensure working conditions and safety at work (Lafarge employees and contractors).
- Ensure the implementation of Root cause analysis and take the appropriate measures to prevent the re occurring of failures due to electrical problems.
- Validate the weekly schedule and necessary assignments of resources at team level with scheduler support and evaluate workload (resources and time) of a daily, weekly maintenance activity.
- Responsible for the quality control of execution of Electrical & Inst works (Lafarge and contractors) carried out on equipment, according to the budgets, policies and respecting the deadlines.
- Provide reporting on repair jobs including consumption of materials, tools, man hours and skills, and support with dates the filling of equipment history files.
- Ensure, upon completion of repairs, that equipments are in good operating condition, ready to meet operational requirements, fully inspected, tested, clean and safe.

- Responsible for the implementation and preventive maintenance for EX. Proof electrical equipment
- Follow up safety instructions and prepare work risk assessment and hazard identification
- Lead overhaul shutdown activities for all electrical equipment inside refining plant (MIDOR)
- Prepare job plans and work instructions for all PM and CM activities
- Prepare electrical activities through turbines overhaul shutdown
- Supervising all electrical installations in buildings like hotels, stadiums and swimming pools as Lighting
installations (indoor lighting, outdoor lighting, lighting towers, stadiums lighting), Distribution boards
installations, Cable lying.
- Managing all work materials and determines the materials quantities and use it with low possible losses.
