○ Job role:
Assess existing processes and procedures, find improvement opportunities, design, develop, and re-engineer processes and procedures in line with the company’s strategy and priorities, and standardize all processes and procedures for all business units by developing and maintaining SOPs, WFS, OLAs, SLAs, and WIs and formulating policies and procedures manuals.
○ Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure operational excellence across all processes and procedures for all business units.
• Design and implement changes to processes that improve results, reduce costs, and eliminate different types of waste.
• Coordinate with departments and business units to develop, test, and refine business processes and practices.
• Assess internal processes and conduct benchmarking with best practices.
• Leverage data to drive continuous improvement in areas such as productivity,
quality, logistics, etc.
• Conduct a problem root-cause analysis and document key findings with recommendations for changes and improvement.
• Create a roadmap for tools and resources needed to ensure improvement in processes.
