•Make sure that corrective & preventive actions are done after any deviation or nonconformity.

•Lead a group of quality control technicians and manage QC department in Jeddah and Riyadh

•Arrange regular training for technicians depending on key performance indicator (KPI)

•Develop new innovative testing techniques in order to facilitate testing process

•Act as technical support for after sale service team during and after Panel board start up at site
