Ensure that service department employees follow safety policies and practices.
• Customer Relations: Establishes, develops, and maintains internal and external
customer relationships to better understand needs and ultimately meet the defined
sales targets. Ensures customer satisfaction issues are registered in database and
responded to by appropriate team members.
• Sales Objectives: Prepares sales plans as well as the monthly market reviews.
Proposes plans to penetrate consolidated and new markets via a thorough market
review.
• Sales Execution: Delivers sales presentations, contracts, and proposals in accordance
with price and discount lists to ensure the successful outcome of transactions.
• Forecast and Market Analysis: Provides forecasts and proposes recovery plans in case
of potential order shortfalls. Responds and provides feedback to the management on
business trends, possibilities, and challenges in the local market.
• New Opportunities: Contributes to the development of new market opportunities in
the designated territory supporting other managers other sales professionals
• Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policy.
• Manages the administrative procedures within the sales process.
• Ensure that customer complaints and are dealt with fairly and quickly.
• Ensure that proper service sales techniques are being used.
• Communicate with customers before issues arise and get involved in escalated
customer issues.
• Ensure Continuous development for the team through latest technology in equipment
and tools.

-Manage to improve manufacturing processes and ensure establishment of
strong quality measures to improve the manufacturing strategy
Oversee, manage and organize the daily operations of the manufacturing, maintenance, technical support and following quality measures.
· Oversee employees, production and efficiency of people and machines, to make sure the Plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.
· Ensure strong coordination and flow of information among the production, maintenance, QC, R&D, design, lab, purchasing, and sales.
· Initiate plans and processes to minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and
invested capital.
· Develop and execute effective manufacturing strategic plans and aligning it with general plant strategy.
· Manage to improve manufacturing processes and ensure establishment of strong quality measures to improve the manufacturing strategy.
· Plan and achieve production targets with the required quality
standards.
· Ensure proper production planning that takes in consideration the production mix, manpower requirements and meet quality standards.
· Ensure proper planning of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the Plant.
· Plan to reduce time failures to the minimum to prevent any time losses, products losses or quality losses and ensure continuous operations of
the Plant as expected
· Preparing effective manpower plans and to ensure availability of work force at required time and the planned cost, for all functions under the Plant.
· Ability to study and formulate a suitable structure for the company. And establish plans to bring the approved structure in to the practice.
· Participate in manpower selection, training and testing processes for all new and existing employees when and where needed.
Having more than 9 years hands on experience as Quality control, testing Estimation& Design of Low Voltage, Medium voltage Switchgear also having excellent experience in Standards like IEC 60439, 61439 & 60947 Working more than 5 years in one of the leading Authorized panel builder in KSA for Schneider Electric I have a very good knowledge for Schneider components, enclosure Prisma plus (P and G), Blockset and universal enclosure (Himel)
•Build a well organized Quality Control & Testing Department including qualified manpower with all documents and equipments needed
• Technical support for all sales team to get new orders or to present ourselves to new customer
My responsibility includes:
•Review design drawings according to project specifications before it transferred to production.
•Prepare & Renew Quality Control Procedure and checklist according to IEC standards & Manufacturer Quality guide (Schneider Electric).
•Make Routine verification for (Inspect and test) the manufactured low voltage Switchgears according to Quality Control procedure, manufacturer catalogs and checklist
•Inspection of received materials "Contactors, Circuit Breakers, VFDs, soft starters …etc"before sending to the store.
•Function and operating testing for all types of low voltage Panel boards (MDBs, MCCs including VFDs and soft starter, MCPs, ATS, 2 source out of 3, Synchronizing panels &capacitor bank panels)
•prepare Non Conformity Report (NCR) According to check list and send to related department for rectification.
•Make sure that corrective & preventive actions are done after any deviation or nonconformity.
•Lead a group of quality control technicians and manage QC department in Jeddah and Riyadh
•Arrange regular training for technicians depending on key performance indicator (KPI)
•Develop new innovative testing techniques in order to facilitate testing process
•Act as technical support for after sale service team during and after Panel board start up at site
•Help in Preparing short circuit Study for Electrical networks through ETAP 11or Schneider software (Eco-dial 3.36, 3.38 & My Eco-dial L 3.4)
•Make regular reporting to the factory manager.
•Make final inspection test before delivery.

• Inspecting and testing for all electrical incoming materials "Transformers, Protection relays, Contactors, Circuit Breakers …etc"
• Inspecting and Testing for outgoing manufactured electrical panels, Ring main unit, Kiosks Substation and Medium voltage distributors with accordance to IEC standards and Quality Control Procedures
•Make Routine tests according to IEC 60439-1
• Retail and Install the protection relays (Micom in Areeva and Mif II in General Electric) program according to customer requirements
Quality Management System Responsible
• Maintain, fix & Trouble shooting malfunctioning copying &printing machines using Manuals, make protective maintenance, replace defected parts, reporting to team leader, make regular visits & customer handling
